All products sold via the Cicely Cliff websites are processed as quickly as possible. Our policy is to fulfil all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt if buying a product from the website, or to reply to your queries regarding designs within 24-48 hours.

Processing and Information Security
All orders placed on any Cicely Cliff websites are processed using state-of-the-art SSL encryption for your security. All information you enter is encrypted and your credit card information is never stored in our systems. You will be notified by email when your order has been completed and is being processed.
All orders received are processed within 24-48 hours, and orders are fulfilled within the same time frame (except on weekends or major holidays, when orders will be processed on the following business day.)
Packaging and Shipping
All orders are packed for safety, and shipped discreetly, and shipped as per the shipping option you have selected. Your order will come from “Cicely Cliff”, and all packages are discreet – no information about the product is visible on the outside of the package. Handy for secret surprise gifts!
All packaging options are registered and tracked.

When any order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can watch it winging its way to you!

Returns Policy
Cicely Cliff stands behind the quality of our products and guarantees your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your goods that were purchased online, and you are in the UK or EU, please return them to us within 14 days of purchase.
We will examine the items when received and, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, Cicely Cliff will be happy to exchange of refund. If you require a refund we will arrange a full refund of your purchase price to the same form of payment you used to purchase the item. There is no re-stocking fee. Refunds do not include the cost originally paid for any shipping and processing, and you are responsible for all costs of returning any products.
Regrettably, bespoke (custom) items made to your requirements cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
To Request Return of an Item you have purchased, please contact us at rose@cicelycliff.com. We will respond promptly with instructions for you to return your item within 14 days of the date of your purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund before then. The refund time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (5 to 7 days).
