All of our Cicely Cliff items come beautifully presented in a reclaimed wooden box and are posted to you via tracked courier. Please note that the wood used for our boxes may differ slightly as we have all sorts of reclaimed wood!
If you would like it gift wrapped please let us know beforehand so that we can add some special touches for your lucky recipient!
Custom pieces vary depending on design time however we average a turnover time of 4 to 6 weeks from Thought to Delivery. You will be kept up to date throughout the process.
If you are ordering a piece from our website, we will send them out within 3 to 5 working days and you will receive a tracking number so that you can watch your item moving your way! If there will be any delay we will notify you via email immediately.
First of all, be reassured! Our wax models are carved by HAND, not by machine. This can sometimes take up to two days depending on the level of detail!
We use wax models for items with fine detail. The jewelry is designed in wax, then the wax is
put into liquid plaster which then solidifies into a mould. The plaster mould is heated and the wax melts out and makes room for the metal to be poured into the space left by the wax. We then break the plaster and the jewelry is made. This is known as the lost wax process.
Yes however we will contact you just to confirm that the delivery address is correct.. This is to protect our customers against fraudulent behaviour. If you are sending this as a gift then please notify us beforehand and we can gift wrap it.
If you are not happy with your goods that were purchased online, and you are in the UK or EU, please return them to us within 7 days. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. R
egrettably, items custom made to your requirements cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
